You will partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and customers to translate complex workflows into clear interfaces and prototypes, leveraging AI tools to speed concepts to customers.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of experience in Product Design.
Proficiency with Figma (or similar) for design and prototyping.
Strong UX research skills and ability to translate insights into solutions.
Experience using AI tools in your design process, or a strong appetite to learn.
Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
Able to work onsite in Kitchener, ON.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end product design, from discovery and research to polished UI.
Rapidly prototype and validate ideas, gathering feedback from customers and internal teams.
Translate requirements into workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
Build and maintain a scalable design system for consistency across platforms.
Advocate for the user and ensure customer experience drives product decisions.
Help shape how the product team uses AI in its design workflow.
