Job summary

BinSentry in Kitchener, ON is seeking a Product Designer to turn complex workflows into intuitive UI, collaborating with product managers and engineers. You’ll prototype quickly using AI tools and contribute to product strategy.

Own end-to-end design from discovery to polished UI; build a scalable design system; advocate for the user and help shape how AI is used in design. This role is onsite in a fast-growing ag-tech company shaping North American food supply chains.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in Product Design.
• Proficiency with Figma (or similar) for design and prototyping.
• Strong UX research skills and ability to translate insights into solutions.
• Experience using AI tools in your design process, or a strong appetite to learn.
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.

The Role

BinSentry is seeking a Product Designer to create intuitive and effective user experiences for our products. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and customers to turn complex workflows into clear, engaging designs. You’ll have access to AI tools and will be expected to use them to prototype faster, explore more ideas, and get working concepts in front of customers sooner. The ideal candidate is passionate about user-centered design, curious about how AI is changing the craft, and able to contribute to product strategy.
