Job summary
FCC is seeking a Product Analyst to support the Loan Transactions domain within our Agile development team. You will gather, analyze and document business requirements, translating them into actionable solutions and collaborating with developers, product owners and business stakeholders to deliver features and enhancements that drive value for the lending platform.

Qualifications
- Minimum three years of experience gathering and analyzing business requirements in business, finance or technology environments
- In-depth knowledge of work processes, procedures, policies and systems related to lending
Responsibilities
- Support capabilities within the Loan Transactions domain
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective solutions
- Gather, analyze and document business and system requirements
- Develop and execute test plans and support UAT activities
- Support feature releases and incident management
- Refine backlog items and prepare clear user stories
- Assist backlog prioritization and ensure high-quality increments on schedule
