Job summary

Farm Credit Canada (FCC) in Regina is seeking a Product Analyst to support core lending capabilities and drive the evolution of our lending system. You will translate business needs into clear technical solutions, working closely with developers, product owners and stakeholders to deliver impactful features.

The role emphasizes requirements gathering, testing, backlog refinement and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, commerce, computer science or a related field.
Minimum three years of experience gathering and analyzing business requirements within business, finance or technology environments.
In-depth knowledge of work processes, procedures, policies and systems related to lending.

Responsibilities

Support capabilities within the Loan Transactions domain (e.g., payments and disbursements).
Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into effective solutions.
Gather, analyze and document business and system requirements.
Develop and execute test plans and support UAT activities.
Support feature releases and investigate incidents.
Triage and refine backlog items, prepare clear user stories.
Support backlog prioritization and ensure high-quality product increments are delivered on schedule.
