Job summary

FCC is seeking a Student Loans Analyst for a four-month summer placement in Canada. You’ll support documentation, workflow management, reporting and project initiatives that help lending and underwriting teams maintain service levels and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You’ll collaborate with Loans Analysts and business partners while gaining practical business exposure. The role runs May to August 2027 with a hybrid work option and a salary range of CAD 40,950 to CAD 58,020,

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program related to agriculture or business.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support documentation, workflow management and reporting.
• Assist with process improvement initiatives and workflow optimization.
• Help teams respond to peak workload periods and account reviews.
• Support data gathering and project activities.
• Assist with credit assessment and commercial lending transformation work.
• Organize information to support service levels and turnaround times.
