DESCRIPTION

We have an exciting, high-impact position within our Growth team at Circle Medical Technologies. We are currently seeking an experienced Product Analyst to shape the patient experience through high-quality experimental design, hypothesis testing, and product analysis. In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, growth leads, and marketing managers, translating data into actionable insights and impactful business decisions. Your expertise in A/B testing and digital analytics will enable our teams to enhance the user experience and product strategy to drive revenue growth. This position reports to the Head of Growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

1. Product Performance Monitoring & Analysis

• Analyze user behavioral trends and provide insights into how users interact with our digital products.
• Manage and report on product performance, identifying opportunities and growth levers through user funnel analysis.
• Conduct deep-dives into products to answer specific business questions and provide actionable recommendations.
• Ensure product usage data is tracked, structured, and accessible by developing reporting capabilities for key metrics.
• Collaborate across analytics, engineering, and growth teams to improve the patient experience.
• Advise stakeholders on leveraging product data in their analyses and workflows.
• Lead efforts in accurate product event tracking, documentation, and education on data structuring and analysis.
• Support the company's data strategy.

1. Experimentation

• Provide guidance on A/B testing measurement to ensure reliable and valid results.
• Help curate the experiment roadmap for product and growth teams.
• Assist in defining KPIs and goals for optimization.
• Determine the success criteria for tests and suggest product improvements based on results.
• Create dashboards and conduct analyses to demonstrate statistical significance and business impact.
• Communicate experiment results and next steps to stakeholders.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Experience working with mobile apps.
• Experience with retention metrics.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Knowledge in data modeling, statistics, experimental design, and inference.
• Experience handling event-based data.
• Advanced skills in data visualization tools such as Looker.
• Familiarity with other analytics tools to enhance capabilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• College diploma or university degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
• 5+ years of analytics experience.
• Experience in fast-growth technology environments is a plus.

COMPENSATION

We offer transparent salaries based on merit, with equity options. This full-time, salaried position offers an annual salary range of $94,000 to $113,400 CAD, along with generous vacation, comprehensive medical/dental benefits, and additional perks such as flexible vacation, paid holidays, education reimbursement, extended insurance coverage, wellness programs, and retirement plan options.
