Job Description:
Responsibilities:- Create, manage, and resolve stories in JIRA.
- Evaluate/develop business requirements.
- Monitor software development to ensure standards are followed and ease of maintenance.
- Manage incidents and incoming enhancement requests.
- Document and execute user story acceptance tests.
- Provide user story and solution support to team members.
- Support investigation, analysis, and response to incidents.
- Facilitate problem and solution negotiations with business stakeholders and IT team.
- Ensure high quality of development and solution before product increment release.
Required Experience:
- 3-5 years’ experience in an IT analyst role.
- Team lead experience.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, Marketing, or Commerce and 3-5 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Problem-solver with strong facilitation and analytical skills who can manage multiple priorities.
- Self-starter with intellectual curiosity and perseverance.
- Confident communicator adept at facilitation and comfortable building partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Team player who embraces change and strives to improve and innovate processes.
- Eye for detail and a passion for building great products.
- Experience working in an agile environment.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with SAP S/4 ERP, Cash Management, TRM, and/or Concur, v1809 or newer.
- Experience with Workday HCM and Workday Adaptive.
