Job Title: Product Analyst
Location: Canada Remote
Duration / Term: 6+ months Contract
Job Description:
Create, manage, and resolve stories in JIRA.
Evaluate/develop business requirements.
Monitor software development to ensure standards are followed and ease of maintenance.
Manage incidents and incoming enhancement requests.
Document and execute user story acceptance tests.
Provide user story and solution support to team members.
Support investigation, analysis, and response to incidents.
Facilitate problem and solution negotiations with business stakeholders and IT team.
Ensure high quality of development and solution before product increment release.
Required Experience:
3-5 years' experience in an IT analyst role
Team lead experience
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in business, nance, Marketing, or Commerce and 3-5 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Problem-solver with strong facilitation and analytical skills who can manage multiple priorities.
Self-starter with intellectual curiosity and perseverance
Con dent communicator adept at facilitation and comfortable building partnerships with key stakeholders
Team player who embraces change and strives to improve and innovate processes.
Eye for detail and a passion for building great products.
Experience working in an agile environment.
Nice to have:
Experience with SAP S/4 ERP, Cash Management, TRM, and/or Concur, v1809 or newer
