Position: Senior Pricing Analyst or Product Manager (Pricing)
Are you passionate about pricing strategy? Have you worked as a Pricing Analyst or Product Manager and loved the pricing side of things? Are you detail-oriented, and Excel-savvy? Are you looking for a mostly remote role with a company that values work-life balance and professional growth?
Our client, a reputable company in the industrial supply sector, is expanding its team and is looking for a Senior Pricing Analyst to take ownership of pricing strategy and execution.

What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in pricing (Pricing Analyst or Product Manager with heavy pricing focus)
- Impeccable attention to detail – accuracy is key
- Strong communication skills – able to explain and justify data-backed decisions
- Comfortable working independently and proactively planning pricing strategies, promotions, and discounts
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Level of Proficiency Required: Advanced
- Reasons for Language Requirement: Communicate with clients and other offices in North America
- Frequency of Use: Daily
What you’ll be doing:
- Analyzing market trends and competitor pricing to develop optimized pricing strategies
- Leading monthly and seasonal pricing updates, MSRP adjustments, and promotional planning
- Collaborating cross-functionally to support bulk, campaign, and clearance pricing
- Managing pricing structures, customer segments, and data in ERP/PIM systems
- Ensuring data integrity through meticulous validation and imports
- Acting as the go-to expert for pricing configuration and strategy
- Providing leadership with insights on sales performance, pricing effectiveness, and competitive positioning
