Loblaw Companies Limited is offering a Winter 2027 Work Term for a Product Analyst (Co-Op) within the Digital Health team. The role supports digital pharmacy initiatives, and collaborates with product owners, design, engineering and data science to deliver a world-class health experience.
The position is hybrid with up to one remote day per week and four days in the office, open to students in Pharmacy, Health Sciences, Engineering or Business.

The pay range for the co-op student role will reflect factors such as the candidate's experience, academic level, and the specific skillset required for the role.
Loblaw has adopted the following hybrid working model (a combination of working between the office and remotely). Colleagues can work remotely up to 1 day a week, while spending the other 4 days in the office (to be determined by each business unit).
We are hiring a Product Analyst (Co-Op) for Digital Health team. Our digital health services provides pharmacy patients with convenient access to manage prescriptions, book appointments, and track key health metrics – all in an effort to help Canadians live life well.
As Product Analyst, you will work with the digital health product owners and assist in identifying and executing on opportunities to build a world-class Digital Health experience across the Loblaw and Shoppers Drug Mart enterprise.
Support ongoing digital pharmacy initiatives
Identify strategic and technical opportunities in the pharmacy to optimize user experiences with technology and drive adoption and effective use of innovations
Facilitate solution discovery workshops with key business stakeholders
Develop and refine use cases, opportunity assessments, financial models and other related business planning material
Support management of evolving pipeline to optimize technology, business processes and training for healthcare professionals
Participate in the analysis surrounding strategic business initiatives and to drive key product decisions
Support the execution and project management of new initiatives
Create sound hypotheses for any new product development and ensure we’re building out things that make sense with the right degree of investment
Participate in collecting feedback from users and translating these finding into product development
Participate in product testing and experimentation
Shape the ongoing product roadmap
Concentration in Pharmacy, Business, Technology and/or Health Sciences preferred
1-2 co-op terms in product management, business analysis roles
Experience working closely with business stakeholders, product design, engineering, data science & other business functions
Understanding of agile methodology
Ability to work independently and sift through ambiguity
Strong attention to detail and project management skill
Enrolled in post-secondary university in Pharmacy, Health Sciences, Engineering, or Business disciplines
