A leading branding agency in Toronto is seeking a Producer / Project Manager to oversee the timely and budget-conscious delivery of client projects. The ideal candidate will have agency experience and strong client-facing communication skills, excelling in a fast-paced environment. This role involves coordinating with multiple teams and problem-solving to maintain project timelines and quality.
Bond is looking for a Producer / Project Manager to manage the on-time and on-budget delivery of branding initiatives, go-to-market campaigns, and integrated client projects. Agency experience is a must , as this role requires navigating multiple client stakeholders, balancing competing priorities, and driving work across fast-moving teams. You will partner closely with Account Leadership, Creative, Strategy, and Development teams, as well as outside partners and specialists, to ensure seamless execution. The ideal candidate is confident in client-facing situations, highly skilled at communication and documentation, and able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment. Solution-minded and proactive, you bring the ability to balance scope, time, cost, risk, and quality while keeping teams aligned and motivated to deliver excellent work with a positive “can-do” attitude.
