Responsibilities include:

1. Providing exceptional customer service in a courteous manner to maintain our reputation for friendly, effective, and personalized experiences.
2. Receiving, unloading, and distributing merchandise to allocated sections as orders arrive.
3. Preparing produce for display by trimming and packaging according to company standards.
4. Filling, rotating, and maintaining displays to ensure produce quality meets company standards.
5. Following guidelines as per the updated PEP Program (Produce Evaluation of Processes).
6. Assisting customers with questions and maintaining good customer relations.
7. Maintaining sanitation standards and safety procedures in accordance with company policy.
8. Performing other general duties as assigned.

The Ideal Candidate Would Possess:

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Minimum of 2 years’ produce experience in a retail environment.
• Flexibility to work various hours, including weekends.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to delegate.
• Ability to prioritize and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
