We’re looking for a dynamic Produce Clerk who embodies excellence and knows how to lead by example. You should have a strong background in grocery handling, retail sales, leadership, and a passion for natural wellness.

What You Will Do

1. Maintain attractive grocery displays and support the regional grocery vision.
2. Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and team members.
3. Follow all applicable health and sanitation procedures and adhere to safe work practices.
4. Operate and sanitize all equipment safely and properly.
5. Merchandise the grocery department and ensure inventory levels are maintained.
6. Assist management with ordering and inventory control.
7. Encourage sales while ensuring quality and effective customer service.
8. Work with your team and managers to plan and execute strategies to meet sales goals.
9. Prepare sales reports and summaries.
10. Participate in training and development programs.
11. Maintain inventory in the health and beauty department.
12. Follow merchandising schematics and add a personal touch for impact.

What You Will Need

• At least 2 years of produce experience.
• An energetic, positive, and confident disposition with the ability to think creatively and quickly.
• Flexibility to work some weekends and evenings.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
