Job summary

EY seeks a Manager for our Workforce Advisory – ERP Change and Transformation practice, with a focus on SAP-enabled transformations. You will lead change strategies, drive adoption, readiness, and sustainable outcomes across large ERP programs.

You will guide senior client stakeholders, manage project teams, and contribute to the growth of our practice, delivering high-quality change deliverables within EY’s collaborative environment in Ottawa.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5-8 years of experience in ERP change management, preferably with SAP implementations.
• PROSCI or equivalent Change Management certification (asset).
• Experience delivering change solutions across project lifecycles: Assessment, Design, and Implementation.
• Project management experience; PMP certification is an advantage.
• Bilingual (English/French) is an advantage.
• Flexibility to travel.
