Job summary

Green Infrastructure Partners Inc. is seeking a Senior Procurement Administrator to support the procurement team with NDA tracking, vendor onboarding, and contract administration.

You will maintain master data, vendor records and procurement templates, ensuring accuracy and compliance across SharePoint repositories and related systems. You'll help implement and manage vendor performance tools and assist with onboarding guidance, renewals, and supplier programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in procurement administration, contract administration, or supplier/vendor management.
• Experience managing NDAs, vendor onboarding, master data maintenance, and agreement administration.
• Proficiency with SharePoint, Adobe Sign, and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Experience maintaining procurement documentation, templates, policies, and records management systems.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing methodologies, contract management, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support administration of vendor onboarding, contract and agreement management.
• Maintain procurement systems, SharePoint repositories, and vendor records.
• Support implementation and ongoing management of vendor performance and contract lifecycle management tools.
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of procurement information.
• Provide compliance support and maintain templates and standard documents.
• Assist in maintenance updates to procurement sections of internal portals.
