G Adventures in Toronto is seeking an experienced IT Procurement and Vendor Management professional to lead the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, manage contracts, and mitigate vendor risk.

You will collaborate with Legal, Cybersecurity, and product teams to drive cost savings, ensure compliance, and deliver value across the organization. This role offers opportunities to shape procurement practices in a dynamic travel tech environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT procurement, vendor management, and contract administration.
• Strong understanding of the full procurement lifecycle from sourcing to payment.
• Proven experience negotiating contracts and managing lifecycle.
• Proficiency in tracking procurement KPIs, reporting, and invoice processing.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work with legal and cybersecurity stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full procurement lifecycle - identify, evaluate, and select vendors.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams on RFX procurements.
• Issue requisitions, POs, receipts, and invoices in compliance with standards.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and maximize value.
• Manage contract data and lead end-to-end renewal negotiations.
• Partner with Legal, IT and Cybersecurity to define contract standards.
• Communicate upcoming vendor events and releases with stakeholders.
