Requires Grade 12 graduation plus 2 years post-secondary education in Business Administration or Procurement/Supply Chain/Logistics, and courses in MS Office, Accounting, Finance, Law, Contracts, Communication, Economics, Marketing, and Organizational Behaviour, or equivalent coursework.
Requires two (2) years prior experience in an established business procurement and contracting environment, preferably in the public sector, covering all phases of procurement and contracting processes. Up to six (6) months is required to familiarize with SCBCTA policies and vendor performance standards.
Recruitment involves demonstrating qualifications through a standard interview process, including scenario and behavioral questions.
37.5 hours per week.
Hybrid (on-site and remote within BC).
Salary ranges from $7,556 to $9,062 per month, commensurate with experience and education. Benefits include health, dental, transit pass, pension, and development programs.
