About The Role :

As a CBRE Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing service providers across various categories within the Canadian markets. You will collaborate with clients, internal stakeholders, and suppliers to develop and execute procurement strategies while maintaining high engagement levels with all parties involved.

What You'll Do :

• Work with business customers, operational shared service teams, and sponsors to develop, coordinate, and implement sourcing strategies or plans at local or regional levels.
• Ensure operational alignment with property management or other stakeholder teams as applicable.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and maintain contracts and other business documents supporting the purchase of goods and services.
• Review contract terminations, expirations, extensions, and renewals; inform peers and management of changes or results.
• Identify and establish the supply chain to support sourcing objectives within specific categories.
• Conduct periodic visits to supplier locations to review vendor performance.
• Develop and implement category strategies that align with the broader CBRE organization to meet client and business needs.
• Analyze facility management services spend, suppliers, operations, and statements of work to find opportunities for value creation.
• Assist with crafting RT(X)s, selecting solutions, and negotiating; prepare and maintain contracts with national and regional service providers, ensuring adherence to company standards.
• Develop communication mechanisms to keep stakeholders informed and engaged in procurement strategies.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues in systems and processes.
• Lead by example, model CBRE RISE values, influence stakeholders, and handle sensitive issues effectively.
