e-STORAGE in Kitchener, Ontario is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support planning and procurement for global battery energy storage projects. You will develop delivery schedules, assess logistics options, coordinate RFQs, and assist in logistics agreements, working with cross-functional teams across Procurement, Logistics, Legal, and Finance.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in project procurement or logistics planning, strong Excel skills, and experience with international shipping.

Qualifications

Educational background in Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
Strong analytical and scheduling skills with ability to evaluate options, pricing, timelines.

Responsibilities

Develop end-to-end project delivery schedules aligned with proposals and timelines.
Coordinate RFQs for ocean freight, inland transportation, warehousing, and other logistics services.
Prepare bid comparisons evaluating pricing, scope, transit times, and contractual risks.
Review supplier quotations and contract documents for alignment with scope and pricing.
Support supplier selection and execution of logistics agreements and amendments.
