Job summary

Globeducate International Schools seeks a Procurement, Health & Safety & Projects Coordinator to oversee procurement, capital projects, and OHSA compliance across multiple campuses. You will partner with school leaders, contractors, and vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The role requires a diploma or degree in a related field and 3–5 years of multi-site experience. Travel between campuses and onsite operations are expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, OH&S, Facilities Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in procurement, facilities coordination, project mgmt, health & safety, or operations.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and negotiating contracts.
• Experience working in a multi-site organization is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement process for goods and services across campuses, ensuring quality and cost effectiveness.
• Coordinate CAPEX projects, manage budgets and timelines across campuses.
• Oversee health and safety compliance under OHSA; coordinate safety training and incidents.
• Partner with Principals and Finance to support procurement planning and budgeting.
