Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, contracts, or camp/logistics coordination.
• Post-secondary diploma or degree in SCM, business, or finance.
• Strong analytical skills and data modelling experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for reports and dashboards.
• Experience with spend reporting and translating data for stakeholders.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and contracting practices.
• Vendor management and remote logistics familiarity.

Aufgaben

• Extract, validate, and model data to develop spend reports and Power BI dashboards by category and site.
• Analyze spending trends and prepare clear summaries with practical recommendations.
• Administer and support fuel surcharge programs and cost allocation.
• Support sourcing events, including RFIs/RFPs and bid evaluation models.
• Coordinate camp accommodations across multiple sites, bookings, changes, and cancellations.
• Forecast accommodation needs based on project schedules and workforce rotations.
• Monitor occupancy, costs, and invoicing; optimize utilization and costs.
