We are seeking a Procurement Analyst to join our Calgary office. Reporting to the Contracts and Procurement Advisor, this role coordinates remote accommodations across our Capital and Production Operations camps and provides analytical and administrative support to the Contracts and Procurement team.

The successful candidate will work closely with field teams, corporate stakeholders, and service providers to plan accommodation requirements, improve camp utilization, and support procurement reporting and sourcing activities.

  • Analyze spending trends and prepare clear summaries and practical recommendations for management and internal stakeholders.
  • Administer the corporate fuel surcharge program, including calculating rates against the applicable fuel price index, communicating updates, maintaining vendor lists and supporting records, and responding to vendor questions.
  • Support fuel surcharge invoice validation and audits, and analyze the program’s cost impact over time.

  • Monitor occupancy, bed utilization, turnover, and costs, supporting accurate invoicing and cost allocation across projects and departments.
  • Maintain vendor relationships and monitor service, safety, and cost performance, working with the appropriate teams to address concerns.
  • Identify opportunities to improve utilization and reduce costs, including evaluating build, lease, and mobile accommodation options and supporting recommendations to expand, downsize, decommission, or convert facilities.
Qualifications

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across field teams, corporate functions, and external service providers.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to remote sites.
