Job summary

Sobeys in Canada seeks a Process Optimization professional to improve supplier coordination and data-driven decision making. You will support replenishment, explain OTIF and VMI policies to suppliers, and prepare quarterly reviews for major partners.

You will handle inquiries via the Process Optimization inbox and help allocate products across banners, driving efficiency in Quebec operations.

Qualifications

• Experience of handling and interpreting data.
• Solid communication skills and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite (Intermediate level).

Responsibilities

• Deliver financial deliverables against KPIs to measure success.
• Coordinate supply chain processes (replenishment).
• Explain OTIF and VMI policies to different suppliers.
• Send monthly OTIF and VMI scorecards to suppliers.
• Manage supplier claims in collaboration with replenishment and finance teams.
• Reply to emails in the generic inboxes of the Process Optimization team.
• Support the allocation team to facilitate distribution of products to banners and customers.
• Prepare quarterly business reviews of major suppliers for the replenishment team.
