Sedgman is seeking a Procurement Advisor in Vancouver, BC to lead sourcing, tendering, contract management, and cost control across project packages. The role requires strong procurement experience in mining, construction or oil & gas and proficiency with ERP systems like JD Edwards.
You will collaborate with suppliers, implement strategic procurement planning, and support monthly reporting while ensuring policy compliance and risk mitigation within Sedgman’s procurement processes.
Sedgman is seeking a Procurement Advisor to join our growing business, and our procurement team in Vancouver, B.C. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in managing the acquisition of materials, equipment and services while providing support throughout the procurement process, including developing and executing comprehensive procurement and contracting strategies tailored to project needs. The incumbent will ensure compliance, optimize costs, mitigate risk and align all purchasing activities with the project’s requirements and overall business objectives.
