The Analyst II, reporting to the Manager of Operations, provides essential transaction processing support to partners in ATB Wealth. Responsibilities encompass a range of tasks, including trading support, fee management, account transfers and maintenance, money movement, and account reconciliation. The Analyst II must excel at independent time management, monitoring and actioning multiple queues, and adhering to Service Level Agreements and regulatory controls. This role requires daily queue oversight to ensure Service Level Agreements are met. The Analyst II must proactively identify potential issues and assist with reallocating resources to ensure timely completion of work. Additionally, the Analyst II may serve as the point of contact for rush requests or escalations, which could necessitate reorganizing resources.
