  • Collaborate effectively with ATB colleagues to provide timely solutions and support. Proactively share knowledge and provide on-the-spot coaching to Wealth partners regarding their submission requests.
  • Possess a strong ability to understand and connect the processing picture to the client's story. Strive to exceed client expectations by delivering accurate and efficient processing solutions.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex problems appropriately to ensure timely resolution.
  • Adhere to departmental guidelines, SLAs, and compliance requirements, ensuring quality assurance in all processing activities.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of process documentation and job aids to support team efficiency and knowledge sharing.
  • Leverage technology effectively to optimize processing efficiency and enhance client solutions. Proactively identify and contribute to process improvements within the department.
Skills, experience & requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g., finance, business administration) is an asset.
  • Experience in the securities or financial services industry is strongly preferred, with specific knowledge of securities processing and related timeframes.
  • Familiarity with investment industry policies and regulations is essential.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite programs (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.) and a demonstrated ability to quickly learn new software applications.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and technologies.
  • A collaborative team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to shared goals.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills to analyze situations, identify solutions, and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback effectively.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
