Job summary

Flogas is seeking a Process Safety Engineer to implement and continually improve our process safety management systems, coordinating PSM and PP activities. You will drive a safety culture, advise operational leads, and support incident investigations while engaging cross-functional teams to reduce risks.

The role supports the company’s transition toward renewable energy and safety-focused operations with opportunities to influence site-wide safety practices across the business.

Qualifications

• Chemical or Mechanical Engineering degree or similar technical qualification.

Responsibilities

• Provide tools and training to drive a positive change in process safety culture.
• Provide guidance, coaching and advice to operational leads.
• Drive accountability for process safety performance across the operation.
• Support line management on process safety incident investigation and reporting.
• Work with operational leads and managers to minimise process safety risks.
• Facilitate and conduct process safety risk assessments with line managers in risk reduction.
