Job summary

Farber is seeking a Process Owner to map, govern, and continuously improve core operational processes across Canada. The role partners with Operations, IT, and PMO to drive efficient workflows, document SOPs, and measure performance.

Hybrid or remote work options are available, with a focus on delivering measurable impact. Requirements include 2–4 years in business analysis or related fields, with strong communication and basic data analysis skills.

Qualifications

2–4 years in Business Analysis, Operations, Continuous Improvement, or similar.
Experience mapping processes and gathering business requirements.

Responsibilities

Document current-state workflows using BPMN, swimlanes, flow diagrams.
Identify pain points, inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Run workshops/interviews to extract business needs and translate findings into requirements.
Collaborate with Central Ops/SMEs to validate ideas and plan improvements.
Contribute to business cases, impact analysis, and prioritization scoring.
Maintain accurate process documentation, SOPs, and playbooks.
Track metrics like cycle times, error rates, and throughput.

Position Summary

The Process Owneris responsible forunderstanding, mapping, improving, and governing core operational processes. They act as the day-to-day curator of howwork flows, ensuring processes are efficient, well-documented, measurable, and continuously improved.

Key Responsibilities

Process Discovery & Mapping

Document current-state workflows using standardized notation (BPMN,swimlanes, flow diagrams, etc.).
Identifypain points, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements & Analysis

Run workshops, interviews, and observations to extract business needs.
Translate findings into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success measures.

Operational Improvement Support

Partner with Central Ops / SMEs tovalidateideas, scope improvements, and support delivery through the intake → assessment → planning → execution flow
Contribute to business cases, impact analysis, and prioritization scoring.

Governance & Documentation

Maintainaccurateprocess documentation, SOPs, and playbooks.
Track metrics tied to process performance (cycle times, error rates, throughput, etc.).

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with stakeholders across Operations, IT, and PMO to ensure alignment.
Participate in stand-ups, planning reviews, and retros to keep processes evergreen.

Qualifications

2–4 years in Business Analysis, Operations, Continuous Improvement, or similar.
Experience mapping processes and gathering business requirements.
