Job summary

Jobtailor in Canada is seeking an experienced Process Improvement Leader to develop and update best practices for process optimization within insurance and financial services. You will advise the management team on ways to improve quality, efficiency, profitability and controls, and collaborate on mapping and optimizing work processes across functions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
7+ years of relevant experience in individual insurance and/or financial services, and 2 years in project management.
Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite, with a focus on SharePoint Online, Microsoft Copilot (AI) and Power Platform.
Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
Strong command of English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

Play a key role in developing and updating best practices for process optimization.
Advise and support the management team on ways to improve quality, efficiency, profitability and operational controls.
Collaborate on the assessment and mapping of work processes.
Act as a liaison with operational performance teams and ensure implementation of selected solutions.
Participate in various cross-functional projects and ensure directions and recommendations are properly followed.
Develop optimization recommendations based on company best practices.
Anticipate and resolve issues that may arise within assigned mandates.
Represent the vice-presidency on various committees.
