Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a mid-level Client Relationship Specialist in Canada to support daily operations and deliver superior client experiences. You will resolve complex client inquiries, analyze data, and publish dashboards while ensuring compliance with policies and risk controls.

This role invites proactive identification of service enhancements and collaboration with product teams. You will engage clients to diagnose needs, demonstrate product knowledge, and contribute to service development

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of client relationship or service excellence experience in banking.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or Marketing preferred.
• Foundational proficiency in regulatory compliance and document management.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational service support and deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Resolve client problems, requests, escalations, and investigations promptly.
• Identify and refer opportunities to enhance client service.
• Engage with clients to diagnose service needs and assess resolutions.
• Publish regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products and services and direct clients to resources.
• Contribute to new product development using client insights and market data.
• Collect and analyze client feedback to identify service gaps.
• Ensure interactions comply with bank policies, regulations, and internal controls.
• Handle complex tasks including escalations; analyze issues and plan next steps.
• Apply Risk Management Framework and make risk-informed decisions.
