Job summary
Sun Life's Lean Transformation team in Toronto, Canada, seeks a Senior Consultant to drive process improvement and digital transformation. You will blend Lean Six Sigma, automation and Generative AI to design operating models, reduce variability and deliver measurable business outcomes across Sun Life's business units.
You will partner with senior business and technology leaders, lead workshops, define target state processes and advance initiatives from analysis to scale, communicating clearly
Qualifications
- University degree with 3–5 years of progressive experience in management consulting or transformation roles.
Responsibilities
- Design and build operating models across business areas to meet goals.
- Lead stakeholder workshops and current-state assessments to surface pain points and opportunities.
- Prioritize use cases and define target state process designs.
- Redesign and simplify processes to be automation/AI-ready by reducing variability and non-value-added steps.
- Identify and prioritize automation and AI/Gen AI opportunities with roadmaps from pilot to scale.
- Partner with data and technology teams to translate optimized processes into AI-enabled solutions.
- Communicate complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
