We’re excited to share an opportunity for an existing vacancy as Paint Process Engineer. This is a high-impact role focused on optimizing and maintaining paint application processes that directly influence product quality, operational efficiency, and environmental compliance.

Daily responsibilities may include but are not limited to :

• Designing, implementing, and improving paint processes for new and existing products
• Monitoring and analyzing paint line performance to ensure consistent product quality
• Troubleshooting and resolving paint application issues to minimize downtime
• Developing and maintaining documentation including work instructions and process flow diagrams
• Supporting product launches and collaborating with design, quality, and production teams
• Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards related to paint operations
• Managing paint materials, equipment, and technical interactions with suppliers
• Leading continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies

Mandatory Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in a paint or coating role
• Solid understanding of paint chemistry, application technologies (e.g., powder coating, E-coat), and surface preparation
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Salary Range : $90,000-$100,000
