Job summary

Qualifications

  • Degree in commerce, business, public administration, public policy or related discipline.
  • 4-6 years’ experience in business support, business analysis, and/or organizational change management.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitates process documentation and mapping to ensure all departmental policies and procedures are consistent, adhere to corporate standards and are accurately documented and available.
  • Analyzes cross-functional Corporate Revenue business processes to identify opportunities for operational optimization and efficiency and provides recommendations for process improvement.
  • Supervises assigned staff. Assists with hiring, training, performance management and disciplinary processes, as required.
