Skills and Responsibilities:

1. Experience in telecom network business process transformation and automation (Access Networks, RF 3G, 4G, 5G, Microwave, Transport, IP/SDH, OSS/BSS).
2. Leading multiple transformation projects, preferably in networks/OSS space.
3. Experience in consulting, process optimization, and business process transformation.
4. Proficiency in Word, Excel, Visio, Lucidcharts, JIRA, Confluence, and PowerPoint.
5. Business process documentation including flow charts, swim lanes, use cases, ERD.
6. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
7. Provide creative input across various industries and problem statements.
8. Design and implement automated solutions to streamline operations and enhance customer experience.
9. Analyze current processes for improvements and automation opportunities.
10. Develop and execute automation strategies and solutions.
11. Streamline workflows to reduce manual tasks and errors.
12. Guide development teams in translating business to technical requirements.
13. Lead automation use case development, testing, UAT, and deployment.
14. Identify cost-saving opportunities through automation.
15. Build strong relationships with client analysts and managers.
16. Collaborate with senior project delivery consultants to present findings and recommendations.
17. Independently analyze issues and synthesize findings.
18. Lead meetings and contribute to project management.
19. Stay informed on emerging technology trends and act as a thought leader.
20. Prepare presentations, documentation, proposals, and other collateral.
