• Certified by the state as a nurse aide.
• Must be on the state aide registry with a clear record.
• 18 years of age unless state law dictates otherwise.

Responsibilities

• Giving personal care including baths, back rubs, and oral hygiene.
• Assisting in dressing and undressing patients.
• Preparing nutritious meals and assisting in feeding patients.
• Reporting on patient’s condition to the Case Manager.
