Job summary

The Glencoe Club in Calgary is seeking a dedicated full-time Events Coordinator to join our Events Team. You will plan, organize, and execute a wide range of events for members and staff at both The Glencoe Club and Glencoe Golf & Country Club.

You will coordinate logistics, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure seamless experiences from inquiry to post-event debriefs, while upholding our standards of service, integrity, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in event coordination, hospitality or related fields.
• High school diploma; degree, diploma or certificate in event management considered an asset.
• Proven experience managing multiple events simultaneously, preferably in club settings.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Professional and diplomatic communication with members and staff.
• Experience with event management systems (Northstar, BirchStreet) is a plus.
• Strong team player committed to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and execution of a diverse range of events.
• Provide responsive, personalized service to members and staff throughout planning.
• Create and manage Banquet Event Orders detailing setup, food, AV and timelines.
• Collaborate with Banquet, F&B and other departments to deliver events.
