Lacroix Private Medicine seeks a Nurse Practitioner to join the Gatineau clinic, full-time or part-time, on-site. You will work with a multidisciplinary team including nurses, nurse practitioners, physicians, and specialists to deliver comprehensive primary care.

The role emphasizes autonomous practice, collaboration, and patient-centered care within a dynamic network of Quebec clinics. A stable schedule with diverse clinics is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Master of Science in Nursing – Primary Care Nurse Practitioner training.
• Passed the OIIQ/CMQ certification exam.
• Member in good standing of the OIIQ.

Responsibilities

• Clinical assessment and management including medical history, exam, and diagnoses.
• Prescribe medications and treatments per standards; perform procedures and vaccinations.
• Coordinate with family physicians, NPs, nurses, pharmacists and other professionals.
• Educate patients and families on treatments and lifestyle changes; promote preventive care.
• Document interventions rigorously in the patient file and adhere to protocols.
