Job summary

RBC is seeking an organized investment support professional in Montréal to assist an Investment Counsellor and the team with daily portfolio maintenance and top-notch service for high-net-worth clients of RBC Phillips, Hager & North Investment Counsel Inc.

You will handle client inquiries, support administrative tasks, ensure accurate trade processing, and manage account openings and documentation, while maintaining files and supporting cross‑team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Diploma of College Studies (DCS) or bachelor’s degree.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Bilingualism (English and French) required, serving clients across Canada.
• Proven client service skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries and ensure any issue is resolved to the satisfaction of the client.
• Be a key support to the administrative activities and responsibilities of the team.
• Ensure trades are processed accurately and on a timely basis.
• Manage all aspects of account opening and documentation and maintain client cash flows and balances.
• Maintain records and files and attend client meetings as required.
• Proactively assist with client management of appointments and scheduled meetings/calls.

What is the opportunity?
