RBC in Montreal is seeking an Associate to support Financial Planners by preparing client meeting materials and assisting with credit, investments, and everyday banking solutions. You will serve as a point of contact for client questions, ensuring documentation accuracy and timely follow-up.
The role emphasizes partnering across the organization, buildingbanking relationships, and driving efficiency through routine and process improvements. Strong English and French skills are required.
As an Associate, you provide direct client and sales support to the Financial Planners to enable them to focus on planning and advice activities for clients. You contribute to a differentiated client experience by providing value added support and problem resolution. In this role, you collaborate with partners across the organization to identify and meet client needs and goals, strengthening client relationships and making it easier for them to do business with RBC. As a member of the Financial Planning Team, you provide leadership around the development of the Associates and bring innovative ideas to increase efficiency.
