Job summary

BMO Financial Group is seeking a client-focused professional to support Private Bankers in delivering exceptional service to private banking clients. You will identify client needs, prepare proposals, and coordinate with branch and regional teams to drive referrals and growth.

With 2–3 years of banking experience, you will handle complex tasks, ensure compliance, and contribute to efficient transaction processing while maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal partners.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of day-to-day banking experience.
• Knowledge of personal and commercial credit products.
• Basic knowledge of lending processes and loan documentation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Private Bankers by delivering exceptional service and completing a wide range of credit and non-credit activities.
• Prepare new business proposals or presentations for clients/prospects.
• Identify client needs and match with appropriate products, escalating referrals as needed.
• Ensure compliance, accurate processing of transactions and timely follow-ups with stakeholders.
