Qualifications

• Experience managing land development projects or complex development applications, including navigating approval processes.
• Ability to lead projects and teams, coordinating across divisions and partners.
• Strong risk & dependency management in multi-stakeholder environments.
• Excellent communication and facilitation with senior management and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Develops plans and recommends policies for program-specific requirements.
• Advances a portfolio of prioritized development applications through review and approvals.
• Maintains project plans, schedules and milestones across stages.
• Manages portfolio governance, reporting and escalation; tracks decisions and actions.
• Leads cross-divisional teamwork and external stakeholder engagement.
• Negotiates priorities and deadlines among colleagues without direct reporting lines.
• Represents the Director at meetings with agencies and senior officials.
