  • Develop and implement innovative thermal management solutions, including heat sinks, fans, heat pipes, and liquid cooling systems.
  • Perform detailed thermal simulations and analyses using specialized software (e.g., "ANSYS Fluent, COMSOL") to predict performance and optimize designs.
  • Create comprehensive design documentation, including specifications, test plans, and reports, for remote team access and review.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (electrical, mechanical, firmware engineers) in a virtual environment to integrate thermal solutions seamlessly.
  • Oversee thermal validation testing, analyze results, and recommend design improvements.
  • Stay abreast of emerging thermal management technologies and best practices in the electronics industry.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other engineers within the remote team.
Requirements
  • Ph.D. or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in thermodynamics or thermal sciences.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in thermal management for electronics, high-performance computing, or similar fields.
  • Expert proficiency in CFD simulation software for thermal analysis.
  • Deep understanding of heat transfer principles, fluid dynamics, and material properties relevant to thermal solutions.
  • Experience with thermal testing methodologies and equipment.
  • Proven ability to lead complex technical projects and drive innovation.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills for remote work.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of challenging technical problems.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a fully remote capacity.
Benefits

Our client offers an industry-leading salary, comprehensive benefits, significant bonus opportunities, and stock options. This role provides the ultimate flexibility with a fully remote work arrangement, allowing for exceptional work-life balance.
