Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of software engineers in the design, development, testing, and deployment of complex software applications.
• Architect and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable codebases using modern programming languages and frameworks.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership or lead engineer role.
• Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#, JavaScript) and associated frameworks.
• Strong experience with database technologies (SQL and/or NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Demonstrated experience with agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with remote teams.
• Experience with microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps practices is highly desirable.
• A portfolio of successful software projects or contributions to open-source projects is a plus.
• Must have the legal right to work remotely and be able to manage work across different time zones.
