Job summary

Olymel in Canada is seeking a Principal Costing Analyst to drive cost optimization across manufacturing operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

You will analyze production costs, build financial models, monitor KPIs, and prepare strategic analyses to improve profitability and operational efficiency. Reporting to the Director, Costing & Inventory, you will partner with operational teams to foster continuous cost improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience in financial analysis, ideally in manufacturing.
• Strong financial analysis and modeling capabilities, critical thinking, attention to detail, business acumen, and stakeholder relationship skills.

Responsibilities

The Role, Your Impact

Reporting to the Director, Costing & Inventory, you will contribute to the following key challenges:

What You Bring To The Role
