Olymel in Canada is seeking a Director of IT Applications to lead the SAP S/4HANA ERP transformation. You will mentor and mobilize a team of functional analysts, align IT deliverables with business goals, and ensure seamless collaboration with the system integrator.

This strategic role focuses on delivering high-quality, integrated solutions, overseeing coordination across SAP and peripheral systems, and guiding governance and progress reporting to steering committees, while championing

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading teams of functional analysts as part of a large-scale ERP implementation.
• End-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of ERP-supported business processes and their interdependencies.
• Experience working closely with system integrators.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and priority-management abilities.
• A degree in information technology, project management, finance, business administration, or a related field.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.
