Citigroup Inc. is seeking an AI-Augmented Full-Stack Engineer in Mississauga to lead the design and delivery of enterprise applications. You will work on Java/Spring backend and Angular frontend, embedding AI into daily engineering practices and shaping architectural decisions.

You will mentor mid-level engineers, drive technical excellence, and apply data principles across relational and NoSQL databases while adopting cloud-native methods for reliable delivery.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in software engineering with senior/lead experience.
• Experience delivering software in financial services or regulated environments.
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and provide technical leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication across engineering and business.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Design and Delivery: design, develop, and ship full-stack apps using Java/Spring on backend and Angular on frontend.
• AI-Augmented Engineering Practice: embed AI tools and establish standards for prompt engineering and code reviews.
• Technical Leadership: set architectural direction, perform code reviews, and guide junior engineers.
• Data Management & Architecture: apply relational and NoSQL data design with Oracle and MongoDB.
• Cloud-Native Mindset: IaC, Docker/OpenShift, Kubernetes, and delivery metrics.
• Accountability: make decisions with quality, security, and regulatory context in mind.
