As the Senior Product Owner in AI & Digital Transformation, you will lead the development and delivery of next-generation solutions that enhance advisor productivity, client personalization, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

7+ years of product ownership or management experience in digital or AI initiatives.
Experience delivering digital platforms or intelligent systems in enterprise settings.
Strong collaboration and influence across cross-functional teams.
Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
Ability to translate complex concepts into user-centric solutions.
Proficient with Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management.

Responsibilities

Define and drive product vision, roadmap, and strategy for AI and digital initiatives.
Prioritize features with engineering, data science, UX, and stakeholders.
Translate business goals into actionable requirements and user stories.
Lead agile development cycles from ideation to release and measure outcomes.
Manage stakeholder communications and vendor relationships when needed.
Remove barriers to delivery and ensure timely iterations with contingency plans.
