Job summary

National Veterinary Associates seeks a Pricing Analyst to join the Business Operations team, shaping data-driven pricing strategies across its network of veterinary hospitals. You will analyze data, develop insights, and support pricing recommendations to improve revenue growth, margin health, and consistency across hospitals.

Reports to the Pricing Senior Manager. You will collaborate with Operations, Data, and Marketing teams to align pricing with clinic workflows and client communications

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field; Master’s a plus.
• 2+ years of pricing, financial analysis, or data analytics experience—preferably in healthcare, retail, or multi-location businesses.
• Experience working with large, complex datasets across multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate historical sales, service utilization, and client purchasing behavior to identify pricing opportunities.
• Benchmark pricing across hospitals, markets, and competitors to ensure fairness and competitiveness.
• Model pricing scenarios to measure potential revenue and client impact.
• Support the development of guidelines and frameworks for consistent, scalable enterprise pricing practices.
