Sandvik Mining in Sudbury, ON is seeking a Pricing Specialist to lead our Parts & Services pricing strategy, FPAs, and annual price adjustments across Canada. You will partner with commercial teams, analyze profitability, and ensure pricing programs align with market needs.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in pricing/finance, strong Excel skills, bilingual in French and English, and proven ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

So now we challenge you to take it one step further and apply!What you will be doingLead annual Fixed Price Agreement (FPA) reviews and renewals, conduct Basket of Goods analyses, develop customer pricing recommendations, support negotiations, and implement approved agreements in Aurora.Lead customer pricing reviews, analyze profitability and pricing performance, develop pricing strategies, and recommend annual price increases and pricing exceptions to support commercial decision-making.Support global framework and strategic customer agreements, ensuring global pricing programs align with Canadian market requirements.Serve as Canada’s pricing subject matter expert, establish pricing procedures and standards, deliver training, and coach commercial teams on pricing methodologies.Enhance pricing processes, support pricing tools and dashboards, assess market competitiveness and pricing effectiveness, and collaborate with global pricing teams to improve pricing practices.What you will bring along5+ years of experience in commercial operations, pricing, finance, business analytics, or a related field.Demonstrated experience in pricing strategy, profitability analysis, and commercial decision support.Bilingual in French and English considered an asset.Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and financial modelling.Experience managing customer contracts, pricing agreements, or commercial negotiations.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.Ability to translate complex pricing data into actionable recommendations and drive process improvements.In return for your passion and drive we will offer you…The annual base salary range for this position is $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 , with the final offer determined by the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, internal equity, and applicable local market conditions.The opportunity to make an impact on our business performance.The opportunity to be part of an ambitious team, in an industry leading business.The opportunity to reach your full potential.Ongoing development and training.An excellent comprehensive compensation package including a pension plan with matching, competitive health, dental, life and disability benefits.Our CultureOur core values are the soul of the company.
