Yvon Building Supply - Burlington in Burlington, ON is seeking a Pricing & Procurement Analyst to support our Sales and Procurement teams. The role ensures pricing accuracy, sales orders and system data while potentially working from Burlington, Mississauga or Vaughan branches.

The position requires 2–3 years in a sales support or coordination role, ERP experience, and strong customer service skills to build lasting client relationships and maintain high satisfaction levels.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer pricing documentation.
• Manage pricing and quotations for specialty products.
• Assist in onboarding new vendors.
• Prepare accurate quotes and support sales with timely order entry and documentation.
• Utilize ERP systems (Business Central) to track orders and maintain customer data.
• Communicate needs, concerns, competitive activities, and demand for products to drive initiatives.
• Provide sales activity reports to management as required.

Position Purpose:

The Pricing & Procurement Analyst will support our internal Sales and Procurement teams. Ensuring the accuracy of pricing, sales orders and system data. Depending on the right candidate, this role may work out of our Burlington, Mississauga or Vaughan branches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare customer pricing documentation
• Manage the pricing and quotations for specialty products
• Assist in the process of onboarding new vendors
• Prepare accurate quotes and support the sales team with timely order entry and documentation
• Utilize ERP systems (Business Central) to track customer orders and maintain an accurate customer database
• Communicate needs, concerns, competitive activities, and demand for products to the team to drive initiatives
• Provide sales activity reports to management as required
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
