Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of college diploma in business or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in cost structure and pricing is considered an asset.
• Reliable with exceptional organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently or in a team.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams); SharePoint is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pricing and financial information for funeral and cemetery products to reflect established profit strategies.
• Liaise with suppliers to keep pricing data up-to-date and accurate.
• Review new product requests and set up new products with provincial approvals where applicable.
• Provide pricing recommendations and profit analyses for non-conforming requests.
• Set up product codes and pricing for new burial spaces with various stakeholders.
• Process product code inventory changes for burial spaces and crypts.
• Prepare bulk files for review during updates or branch requests.
• Ensure compliance with provincial requirements and update price lists accordingly.
• Inform branches of pricing changes and update content on Arbor platforms.
• Maintain product images in the POS system and manage vendor communications.
